After spending over 20 years working in Human Resources in global leadership and consulting roles, it’s my passion to help people through change - big or small - with coaching support on their journey.
Coaching is a natural compliment to my experience in Human Resources. I've consulted and coached leaders across multiple business lines and functions (Technology, Digital Channels, Wholesale Banking, Corporate Support teams etc.) with significant experience working internationally. My business acumen and broad experience working with teams and leaders during times of change help me quickly understand my coaching client's challenges.
The majority of my HR experience has been in the financial services industry and I have also worked in the agricultural and non-profit industries. I've been fortunate to play key roles on multiple enterprise-wide HR initiatives as well as lead HR teams focused on international planning and implementation for global business expansions and contractions such as acquisitions, mergers, divestitures and new entity establishments.
In addition, my life experience of being a mother, spouse, and active community member helps me see and understand the many facets of my clients. In my own career, I have made intentional efforts to manage my career in a way that aligns with my values and strengths. I also understand the absolute chaos and craziness that life throws at us.
It is this time of chaos, the “life quakes” that are not part of the plan, that led me to pursue a professional coaching certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching, a global leader in coach training and certification. I also have a coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I work with individuals from a variety of professions and job levels from C-suite and Director level to emerging talent and recent graduates. I’ve also worked with clients from varying industries - financial services, technology, sales, academia, hospitality, entrepreneurial as well as individuals that are re-entering the workforce after a break. The common thread in my coaching is the client wants to make a change, big or small, and needs some coaching support on their journey.
